The monthly rent is $1,250 for a one (1) bedroom, which includes all utilities except phone and cable.  Two (2) bedroom $1,500.  Rent increased 2% as of January 1, 2024.  Security deposit is required.  The senior complex is not a subsidized building. 

Yes, each entrance has electronic surveillance cameras for your peace of mind. The building is fully equipped with fire monitoring and sprinkler equipment for your safety.  

No. Effective August 1, 2017, the senior complex became a smoke free building.  Smoking will be allowed outside, at least 15 feet from the building entrance or in the parking lot areas.  

 No, pets are not allowed at this time.  

Yes, All visitors are allowed except pets. Children including adult children are NOT permitted to reside in units. Our lease permits two people to reside in an apartment with approval from the office.  Due to Covid, residents are asked to limit the number of visitors in their unit. 

Yes, each apartment qualifies for one parking space. All vehicles must have a valid City of Markham sticker, valid license plate and be in operating condition.  

Contact the management office at the Markham Senior Living Complex to request a residential lease application. Credit and background checks are required as well proof of age and income. 

 Yes, there is a 1 year waiting list for the one (1) bedroom apartments.  The waiting list for the two (2) bedrooms is closed.
